Today is December 2024 when I created this simple page, just before our family enters a new season in 2025, where God has called us into a chapter I call Absolute Surrender
In this new season, I've learned that God works by bringing many new friends from both within Indonesia and around the world into our lives!
But what usually happens is, meetings take place at conferences or events where there's not enough time, quiet space, or opportunity to properly connect.
I often find myself wondering, "How can Christians truly function as the body of Christ when they barely have time to know one another?"
I refuse to be controlled by circumstances, so this page is my solution (and resolution!)💪
🤝Hello, Great to Meet You!
Upon meeting a new friend, I usually introduce myself with something like this:
“I'm Jerry. I'm from Indonesia. I work in the stock market for 15 years in with some Wall Street banks. I also founded a Christian non-profit called Kuis Alkitab since 2017 where we create Bible learning tools for children. Me and my wife are also homeschool parents for our two kids since 2022.”
That’s like my life in 30 seconds.
But are we seriously counting on 30-second pitches to identify the future partners God has chosen for building His kingdom in this world?
